Both, but more commonly mou STACHE.

ive only heard mou-STACHE from very very old people or southern people. i've mostly heard the MOUstache pronunciation. when i was in ESL, i had issues with this word, and my teacher told me to pronounce it like mustard.

I agree with the Mustard how to guide.
Mus-=Stash is the southern pronunciation of that monster that was set loose to run free and be the Chubracabra

if i have to pick from those options it would be mus tache but i usually just say "tash" anyway.
