shaving sucks. i used to use disposable razors... but i decided to try an electric shaver.
the kind that pulls out the hair before cutting and it's breaking out my skin.
razor burn like crazy. i read that it takes time for your skin to get used to the
change. i'm using after shave balm and it helps with the burning..
but my skin still has some red rash. do any of you guys have dry skin like me...
what do you use to shave. any tips? discuss

Gillete Mach 3 Turbo. Once you start using them you won't use anything else.

I think I'm gonna have a shave in the morning.

there's a new thing out with 5 blades now.Haven't got it yet but I wonder how long before there's ones with 10 blades on.They could call it No Need for Wax or something

I've let a woman shave me once,my first girlfriend.great foreplay

i can shave a man's face better than he can himself. true fact. i think it is sexy as all hell.

unfortunately i am not a traveling shaving machine. and i think my boyfriend may have a problem with that, ahaha.

a friend of mine has super duper sensitive skin and he used some molton brown ultracalm shaving balm/wax type shiz (instead of foam) and it was good.

I just let a family member buy me the latest razor with however many blades on for christmas. Shave once a week on a sunday night and try and only get thru one pack of 5 blades a year. That way i never pay for owt except shaving foam.
Oh and electric shavers are wank.

When I shave my face it looks like an explosion at the Japanese flag factory.

I have to use a chainsaw to shave, I'm just so damn manly. My stubble is like thick wire and my jaw has the jutting intensity of an active volcano.

That's what I use, but they do get dull pretty fast. But I buy in bulk off E-bay, so that makes it more affordable.

I don't have dry skin, but I've only used one electric shaver that didn't pull chunks of my skin off, and it was my roommates who'd just
blown over two hundred bucks for it (circa 1994). No way, but it did work like a charm.

I have proper shite sensitive skin that reacts really badly If I use a razor, so I have to go electric.

Oh and it has to be a foil and not rotary.

I have to shave for work, I'm required to wear a respirator (different chemicals paints etc) or in the event of a fire we're required to don scott air pacs, so it's pretty strict and shaving SUCKS!

I'll spend any amount to find the easiest, fastest and cleanest way to shave, here is what I've found to be the very best to date,

shaving cream; LabSeries Maximum Comfort (http://a248.e.akamai.net/www.labseries.com/images/products/180x380/lab_2H33_180.jpg) (in the tube.. they also have a jar but it's messy) No scent or harsh chems, the best of the best and I've tried them all.

blade; Gillette Fusion (http://www.thirdwayblog.com/images/1600/Gillette%20Fusion.jpg) with the battery option

aftershave LabSeries Razor Burn Relief Ultra (http://a248.e.akamai.net/www.labseries.com/images/products/180x380/lab_2EEK01_180.jpg) Like the Shaving Cream this product has no harsh chemicals or scent, it works like magic, smooth easy and a very little goes a long way.

The above makes shaving tolerable and very quick, the Shaving Cream is thick, so you have to have really good water pressure to clear the blade(s).

I hate shaving and whenever I have days off or am on vacation the shaving stops, I try and only shave at work... I figure if they're making it a requirement I may as well get paid for it.

I use a Gillete Fusion, not the battery one. Someone was giving me hell about it last night cause they saw it in my shower and thought it was strange that I use a mans razor, but it's seriously the best razor I've ever used. It has 5 blades I think, and one on top for detailing. I think they came out with a womans that's similar not too long ago but in my experiences mens razors usually work better. Womens razors they try to fancy up too much with girly shit. I once bought a pack that had scented handles

You sure that wasn't a joke? (http://www.theonion.com/content/node/33930)

snl dide a joke early early on, like first season, where they had a commercial for a razor with THREE BLADES

they then redid the same joke sometime in the mid 90s with some other rediculous number of blades

when i saw the original recently, i was like HEY THEY RECYCLED THAT JOKE. i wonder how often that happens?

yeah for a while i used men razors aswell which doesnt make me a man! well maybe it does

anyway wilkinson is better and safer than gilette and the blades are only half as expensive
