Let's say you're on death row records and you had one choice of egg 4 Life

I'm going with soft boiled (3 mins) because I like to dip the bread in.





I made this thread because I just had a craving for soft boiled eggs(y)

i never ever have any softness in my egg. no runny yolk. every particle of yolk transforms into solid yolk. otherwise i will throw up.

i like fried/scrambled/poached.

fried: serve with bacon/cheese/bbq sauce on a toasted english muffin
scrambled: i mix in milk, s+p, then cook and while cooking maybe add some diced tomatoes/spring onion/basil/spinach, then i serve on toast with tomato sauce.
poached: just on toast with sauce and s+p

i like my eggs scrambled but when i fry them i chop them up so i can brown them all over


i'd pick omelette only if i didn't have to make it. omelettes are fucking too much work.

that's what I did after making this thread.I changed my mind because I couldn't be bothered to set my stopwatch or get any bread out.

Why no multiple choices?
I like them in just about every way, fried with sunny side up, over easy, scrambled, omelette, soft boiled or hard boiled
(except recently I've started getting tummy ache from hard boiled eggs).
I've never had poached eggs, not even quite sure how to do it...
