View Full Version : i kicked a rock at a professor today
but it was an accident.
i was walking down the hall, and i accidentally kicked a small rock that was on the floor (it might have been a peanut actually i don't know why there would be rocks inside), you know how you do that sometimes. and it bounces down the hall and then at exactly the wrong time, one of my old professors walks around the corner and it hits her in the shoe.
i'm not sure if she noticed though, she was talking to somebody behind her at the time, and she seemed to be laughing. i tried to apologize but she was too busy talking to pay attention. it was kind of this moment of like "do i wait around until she's done talking and then apologize, or do i just assume she doesn't care or i mean it's such a small deal but it is a professor i should probably apologize" but by the time i'd reached that conclusion i'd already walked away, so i hope she didn't notice

Wow, that's like, one step beyond shooting her only son in the face. Can't believe you kicked a rock that hit her footwear.

we had a history teacher in highschool that would go around kicking any backpacks that were left
lying in the hall (a fairly common practice at my high school) to the side. So once we filled a backpack
up with rocks and he kicked it and hurt his foot.
Essentially the same thing.

female lawyer footwear is pretty hardcore, so she probably didnt notice
but she probably just ignored it to keep you from bothering her life again

my account manager walked right into my fart one time. For a whole half hour there was nobody around so I let one go and not even a second after, she walks right into it and made an awful face.
You need a dog in there to blame (y)
