It's liquid methane on Titan, not water.

Titan does have water ice - but the surface liquid is hydrocarbon rather than water, it is too cold for liquid ice but....
Europa around Jupiter may have liquid water oceans under its frozen surface. It could be kept liquid by tidal forces.
Which is cool. Anyway - nice one NASA!
