baths are already gross and disgusting...

just sitting in stagnate water contaminated with your own filth.

baths are only good when you've been shoveling snow for a couple of hours.

I bought a $15 massager at target and it really helps me when I have muscle stiffness. not 50 mile muscle stiffness, maybe 12 mile stiffness.

drink a bunch of water and stretch and rub your legs if you don't have a target massager.

Is there a difference between a dildo and a vibrator?

yes.

one, unsurprisingly, vibrates. and the other.. does not.

you could call an unvibrating vibrator a dildo if you want to be particularly pedantic, i guess.

a thread about muscles cramps and vibrators came in at post 10. SICKOS!

ok as for muscle cramps. i learned this little trick in massage school.

always flex the opposite muscle. so say our bicep is cramping, flex your tricep. at the same time that's kinda stretching your bicep. apparently this helps your brain trigger that another muscle in the group is working and it'll fool it into stopping the cramp. it's really weird, but effective.

also, to prevent them, PNF stretching is a MUST! you need a partner, but it's SOOOOO worth it. sometimes i'll use one of those work out ropes to try and do it myself, but it works best with a partner.

bananas are the best, they really help. whenever i get a cramp, i usually dig my knuckle into if real hard and rub out the knot.

as far as pain, have you tried icy hot? that stuff works miracles!

^ icy hot is great for a quick fix. the thing is, it's kinda like that stretching the opposite muscle. it's a distraction only. it doesn't fix the problem. working out that knot is the best thing. if you keep having cramps, you might want to get a deep tissue massage.

Let's see...

Dorothy, funk and Skye all use dildos.

Jabumbo likes to use a banana.

Got it.

what if the opposite muscles are cramping at the same time? this happens a lot to me. i don't know what the actual names of the muscles are but the major muscles at the front and back of my thigh will cramp at the same time. along with the muscles on the inside and outside. ALL AT THE SAME TIME. so im pretty much locked in place without being able to stretch one muscle because as you stretch one mucsle you're compressing the opposite muscle making it cramp even more. it feels like im being torn apart from the inside out.

sounds like you have more than just a cramping problem. you need to get those legs worked on by a massage therapist or this isn't going to stop.

that sucks that you're in so much pain. :(

i would recommend a very long stretching period before working out. and maybe start doing some yoga, even if it's in your house with all the shades closed.

Someone told me salt - either a lack/excess of, not sure which - causes muscle cramps. I dunno, though.

also why would anyone use dildos when you can have vibrators?

(i know that question is about 10 hours too late)
