I just found a load in my sister's old room, it's from when she came over like a month ago. She's pretty much addicted to it, she does it all the time. She even tries to make my mum and brother take it when they're hungover at Christmas or whatever. I've never done it before but I'm on a nasty coke comedown so I'm thinking it's the way to go. How much should I take? They're 5mg tablets.

I take it all the time for long-haul flights. I usually get 2mg tablets and pound back about five at a time. nice and drowsy.

I ended up doing 5 and having a couple of spliffs, it was awesome. Best I've slept in months as well. Did 3 more last night with some beers and a lil weed but I've ran out now. Shouldn't have given any to my mates, damn it. I'm definitely going to try and find some next time I'm planning a messy weekend- ease out the comedown. (y)

And you say this to me like it's some kind of insult? So what if my family has a history of alcoholism? So what if my brother and sister came up in the height of the rave scene in Manchester and did every drug under the sun? My mother went to Cambridge and my father and sister both attended Oxford. My dad was an open scholar, no less (they only chose one each year).

always always wait like 3 days after having 5 before you have any more again.
the tolerance builds up crazy fast, so if you have 5 the next day, it is more like having 2.5... and before you know it you have eaten all your valium.

i would always wait at least a week unless i was taking them for their prescribed purpose.

also best to smoke weed 20 mins after taking as that kicks them in. same for most drugs really, take, wait 20, smoke, enjoy.

Yeah, that's basically what I did. I pretty much smoke weed every 20 minutes anyway so it worked out cool. I haven't had any since I finished those 10 but I wouldn't mind some more. My mate knows someone who can get it (it's class C here, the same legal classification as ganj) so I may have to get some for the comedown next time I'm planning a heavy night.
