psssht fudge isn't the sweetest sweet thing you can get. try tablet. us scots know how to make a tooth-decaying confection.

my brother's ex-girlfriend claimed she was allergic to fudge - but not toffee.

let's see:
fudge: sugar, butter, milk.
toffee: sugar, butter.

she was certainly not allergic to milk, or flour, or any other stuff you can add to toffee. my mum's boyfriend said "i think you're splitting hairs there" when she said it but she didn't know what it meant, lol.
