more than 20 times.

Malil remains in custody on $2 million (GBP1 million) bail and was charged on
the counts of attempted murder with special circumstances of premeditation,
causing great bodily injury and using a deadly weapon on Tuesday.

The 40-Year-Old Virgin star reportedly stabbed Kendra Beebe repeatedly at her home in San Diego, California on Sunday.

The actor fled the scene and was arrested on Monday as he caught a train to meet his attorney in Oceanside, California.

Malil is scheduled to be arraigned on Wednesday in Vista, California said Paul Levikow, a spokesman for the San Diego
County District Attorney's office.

He faces a maximum sentence of life in prison if convicted on all counts.
