The Dave Matthews Band's saxophonist LeRoi Moore passed away.

He was 46 years young, and he was black.

The musician was injured in an ATV accident in June, resulting in a punctured lung and broken ribs.

Moore went back into the hospital last month due to complications. He passed away Tuesday in Los Angeles after more complications.

They don't need him on death watch, they should just go to the cinema - he's in everything these days.

Same with Eddie Murphy - we know he's not dead because Big Momma's Road Trip to Black Stereotypeville III is coming out next week.

"The only things that I have to do are to be black and die." - Morgan Freeman in "Lean on Me".

I wonder if Michael Jackson thinks that if he's white that he won't die?
