Kid Presentable

I know, a discussion about something old. I was just wondering if anybody knew the actual deal with this collection. The Bouillabaisse name alludes to me its status a mix, which the shorter tracks and randomness sort of supports.
But the theme behind it, are they all songs that the Boys themselves built, rather than the Dust Brothers? 'Hello Brooklyn' was obviously Adrock's, and the fewer layers on 'Lay it on Me' and 'Stop that Train' sort of support something made without the DB's level of expertise, indicating to me that the band may have made these loops themselves. The obvious exception is 'Year and a Day' although it was Yauch who opened all the channels up at once and made the song his own. But yeah, the simplicity and DIY of 'Mike on the Mic' 'AWOL' and so on.....That's what I'm thinking.
Oh and istening to the demo of Hello Brooklyn, it uses the 'Breathe' 'On the Run' 'Time' part of Dark Side of the Moon, leading me to think that the barely audible twanging sample on the finished HB is either the slide from 'Breathe' or the beginning music above the chimes or the ending (the Breathe reprise) part of Time.
EDIT: nvm it's 'breathe' apparently, although the wikipedia page was literally edited a couple of minutes ago.
