Unrequited love definitely hurts. Not as much as a breakup with someone who you love and they feel/felt the same. Really though, there isn't much you can do if someone just does not care about you the same way. There's no point pining and whining about it, you just have to take those very hard steps to move on with your life.

tell me about it. only I think it's my fault because I told him I was on the rebound from a long-term relationship and I wasn't looking for anything serious...he said he wasn't looking for anything serious either...but I've yet to receive a booty call and I'm quite dissapointed. and he's always busy when I invite him to go do something...so yeah..he's really not into me. it might also be that I'm friends with his sister and so he won't use me for sex. :rolleyes:

and in all actuality...he a nice guy, but I'm really not into him either. The only reason I'm still somewhat interested is he doesn't pay attention to me...
