So yesterday I went to Heathrow to start my month long trip to Thailand, Hong Kong and New Zealand. And trip I did, right outside the terminal. And broke my arm. :( So am leaving tonight, in agony and a rather swanky cast. Not what I had in mind.....

that is bad luck but at least you get to go still. take everything you got on your signature and it'll hurt no more

Well miss na§tee, good luck for that trip too.

Both of you send photos in, I was supposed to be in Thailand next month but I've had to change my plans so I would like to see what I'm missing.

But please Claire, no slushy images :D

Ouch! I hope you'll be ok and sorry to hear!

I broke my wrist a few years back...it healed up quickly but the first few weeks brought on many changes in my lifestyle

Just think, you can have people from around the world sign your cast!

sorry to hear. A month in Thailand and HK should still be fun though.

Trust Me on this: You can have 2 broke arms and legs to match rolling around on a half broken Segway and would still have a banner time in BKK

Stay at the President Solitare
Go to the Floating Market
Emerald Budda
Kings Palace
Nana Plaza at night to see something that will scare your fragile mind
Soi Cowboy
then Pat Pong a

Afterwards I'll tell you the nationalities that really own those 3 destinations.

I really love BKK for the on the street markets, motorcycle drivers, and boat taxis...The list is endless but check out the 1st 3 and I'll gladly show you the next three.

Thanks for all the words guys and gals. Had an amazing time but feeling pretty knackered still (got back Friday). New Zealand is amaaaazing. My arm was doing ok but it does not seem to have agreed with all the typing today as I am back at work, and my fingers are swollen like chipolatas again. FFS :(

That's a shame, Princess.

But maybe it can be a conversation starter with the boys.
