If Barack wanted to really shake up this election he should really consider dropping Biden from the ticket and putting Clinton on.

Biden has said jokingly that Obama maybe should have picked her. Palin said last night that he's probably regretting it. The more I think about it, this would friggin' rock the election back the other way. Sure there'll be some fallout for making the switch...but I think it would be a brilliant move and ultimately lock the Dems in for the Whitehouse which is the real goal...right?

Any thoughts?

What makes you think he didn't offer it to her and she told him to go get bent?

I dunno, her publicly stating after all the primaries wrapped up that she'd make a very good VP candidate.

I honestly don't think it would make a difference. In the end at the VP debate either Biden or Clinton will rock Sarah Palin.

Hillary is far too much of a self-righteous byotch to play VP for Obama. She is quietly rubbing her hands as Obama and, what's his VP's name, I forgot?, blow this election in typical frontrunner Democrat style. The sizzle is already gone from the Obama steak at this point and you can't re-cook a perfect medium rare piece of beef. Fear not though Dems, that crack Hillary will surely be back in other four years to try and reclaim 1600 Pennsylvania for you, just as she had planned all along. And the Clinton ego machine rolls along......

If the debates meant anything George Dubya would not have been elected for the first or second time

If Obama had selected Hillary Clinton as his running mate they would win by a land slide. The problem is Obama's ego. If they won there would always be that stigma that he couln't have done it without Hillary and her legions of soccer moms. He wants to beat everyone including her. So chosing her as his running mate is simply not an option. He choses an old neutered guy who really makes no impact. It's all Obama. It remains to be seen of course if this will backfire on him ala Sarah Palin. But I gotta give it to Mcain, pretty good strategy. No matter which way you vote you'll make history. So if he can pull some of the feminazi's away from Obama, he's got it licked. Unless of course Oprah goes to defcon 4, and pulls out all the stops.
