it's basically a walled in porch with a bank of windows along its two outer walls. it's off my bedroom. I pay an extra 100/month for it, and it's not worth it usually. but sometimes if I just want to be alone and smoke a doob or read in the sunshine without being outside and subject to annoying neighbors, I can pop out there and take 'er easy.
