and not just in the pervert sense.

something this good possibly can't last right? He isn't even my boyfriend but I'm entertaining the idea of that now. I have had extreme aversion to relationships for a good year and a half now. Every single one has been the same and this one really IS different. He's been amazing. I like and admire him. And he makes me feel/treats me like I'm something to be treasured.

This past weekend when at his place I happened to be in some pjs and was sitting in his living room watching TV and he was in the kitchen at that moment making guacamole (yeah, how it makes sense that the white guy makes guac while the mexican girl sits to watch tv, I don't know). The weather was cloudy and it was cold day. It suddenly it felt like Christmas, and I was home.

This is the cheesiest shit I have ever posted but I cannot help it. I don't know what to do with myself, I'm constantly smiling like an idiot and blushing. Especially when I am looking at the flowers he brought me at work because he knew what a hard week I was having.

:o:o:o

I couldn't figure out how to describe it any other way and it was fitting.

He used fresh avocados, tomato, jalapenos... it was good. He makes the best guacamole I've ever tasted.

p.s. my love life has been shit for a while, keep on truckin. It'll come.

p.p.s. I wonder if a few months from now I'll drag up this thread and write "WHAT A FUCKIN JERK!" :p

I laughed my ass off for about five minutes after seeing the title of this thread.

Anyway, if it feels different, it is different. Hopefully this works out for you. I know I don't have to say this but you want some down-to-earthiness in this thread. Be careful because people can take advantage of that 'Christmas' feeling and hurt you.

Anyways you deserve to be happy, I'm glad you're doing great right now.:)

yeah the title is cheesetastic, but I couldn't help myself.

He knows how much people have taken advantage of my personality in the past few years. So if he does the same, it's all good. I'll just chop his nuts off.

i hope this work out for you! you're a good girl and you deserve it.

just remember... he might be extra special now, but he'll change a little later.

great example: my husband was awesome at dancing when we first started dating. he loved it. danced with me all the time. romantic dancing, dancing at shows, whatever...

now, he won't even entertain the THOUGHT of dancing. not with me, not for fun, nothing. it's quite disappointing as that was one of the things that made me fall in love with him. it's not a deal breaker, i've found many other better reasons to love him, but it's a bummer that it changed. i still wonder if he faked all that happy dancing.

ok does that bring you down to earth a little?

Just hope he doesn't come but once a year! ;)

No seriously, if he's impotent, tell him to see a doctor.

mighty homely :(
also worth noting: bacardi and coke leaves one with a sketchy "closing time at the bar" taste which is almost the same as the "closing time" bar-odor.
please remind me not to make rum and cokes for myself while internetting late at night.
