I can't help myself from saying "He's Going the Distance
He's Going for Speed"

"You're only in the Wrong if you Get Caught"

and "How I Loved
How I Loved to KILL YOU"

Which is alright but I wish that I didn't find myself saying that in Grocery Store Lines

probably without even realizing it. I'd say most often it'd be, "hello, it's me". todd rundgren.

the summer after I finished 6th grade, my family moved to another town where I didn't know anyone so I'd ride my bike around checking things out, practicing riding with no hands and basically investigating every single side street within 5 square miles, and when the wind whistled through my plastic earrings, I'd sing Bob Seger's "against the wind" to myself.

still do that sometimes. even though I fuckin hate Bob Seger.

You put your right foot in,
You put your right foot out
You put your right foot in,
And you shake it all about.
You do the Hokey-Pokey,
And you turn yourself around.
That's what it's all about!

You put your left foot in,
You put your left foot out
You put your left foot in,
And you shake it all about.
You do the Hokey-Pokey,
And you turn yourself around.
That's what it's all about!

You put your right hand in,
You put your right hand out
You put your right hand in,
And you shake it all about.
You do the Hokey-Pokey,
And you turn yourself around.
That's what it's all about!

You put your left hand in,
You put your left hand out
You put your left hand in,
And you shake it all about.
You do the Hokey-Pokey,
And you turn yourself around.
That's what it's all about!

You put your right side in,
You put your right side out
You put your right side in,
And you shake it all about.
You do the Hokey-Pokey,
And you turn yourself around.
That's what it's all about!

You put your left side in,
You put your left side out
You put your left side in,
And you shake it all about.
You do the Hokey-Pokey,
And you turn yourself around.
That's what it's all about!

You put your nose in,
You put your nose out
You put your nose in,
And you shake it all about.
You do the Hokey-Pokey,
And you turn yourself around.
That's what it's all about!

You put your backside in,
You put your backside out
You put your backside in,
And you shake it all about.
You do the Hokey-Pokey,
And you turn yourself around.
That's what it's all about!

You put your head in,
You put your head out
You put your head in,
And you shake it all about.
You do the Hokey-Pokey,
And you turn yourself around.
That's what it's all about!

You put your whole self in,
You put your whole self out
You put your whole self in,
And you shake it all about.
You do the Hokey-Pokey,
And you turn yourself around.
That's what it's all about

i do this thing where if i/someone else says something that just happens to be part of a song lyric, i then have to finish the lyric. i will even interrupt people to do this sometimes. most people end up confused and think i'm crazy.example:

me: man look at my paycheck, i dont get paid again till oct 4 either
him: you're going to live off of $100 until oct 4th?
me: well i mean, i got money in the bank -- i can still get high, your girlfriend thinks that im so fly
him:

thats the last one i can remember doing but that was a week ago... this happens all the time. all the time.

oh yeah, another similar thing. at work they often tell us to "clean and stock," like after lunch, someone will just be going alright clean and stock, clean and stock... so i started going "uh uh uh uh clean and stock, for real, give it what'cha got. if you at the rock for real, give it what'cha got"

everyone thought i just made it up. they didnt get the original song.
