I hope not. But also, she runs the risk of eating disorders like bulimia. If she's addicted to food and there's a ton of pressure on her to eat right and not gain weight back, it could happen. :-/

Did you see how she acted in that update clip? Considering how her mom acted the first time, feeding her whenever she threw a fit, how long do you think before her mom will go back to her old ways? She can't be that smart, she didn't realize that all that eating was hurting her child. So, inevitably she will once again realize that she can shut her kid up by feeding her. And the weight balloons, the cycle restarts.

I know I'm being fatalistic, but it's the truth.

I'm guessing the mums fear of having her child taken off her again would be a pretty big incentive to make sure that she doesn't give in at times of stress.
