Not that I've watched it recently, but the principal of the thing. They took away part of my teenage experience.

All I know is if I call Japan they answer the phone saying Mushi Mushi. So, if that's the case, I've been calling all the right places but asking all the wrong questions:confused:

To be honest, Toonami was on a downward spiral ever since they took it off weekdays and reduced it to two hours. I'll never forget the glory days of coming home from school, watching whatever was on before toonami (probably Monster Rancher or Sailor Moon) and getting pumped for DBZ, Gundam, and Tenchi. Fuck yeah (y)

The Star Wars clones wars is pretty great, I'm barely on the 5 minute roll and from what I can tell is that its very cinematic, voice over is good, lots of expression is good in there, ummm the space dog fight (y), and the problem is that it's very fast pace.

The new Saturday schedule has some good shows like Ben 10, New Batman series (not from CWB), Star Wars Clone Wars, Chowder and Flap Jack with Total Drama Island (The PTC is soon gonna want to tell FCC on that show). I think the schedule block needs at least one Anime show.

In Japanese 'mushi' means 'insect', and is most commonly heard in a kindergarten classroom or playground in the middle of Summer, with the child pointing at the insect in question. If the said insect is a spider, butterfly or any other of the thirty five million bug species in Japan the call "mushi mushi " is greeted with excitement. If the insect turns out to be your typical, stock standard Louie the fly, the reaction will be more like sheer terror, mass chaos and possibly tears. No kidding, the kids hate flies, but will gladly go to a petshop to buy an overgrown rhinoceros beetle to keep as a pet for the summer.

'Mushi Mushi' of course, is not to be confused with 'moshi moshi' or in its lengthened form "moushimasu moushimasu" which is said when answering the phone and loosely translated means something like 'Excuse me, I'm going to speak". While this may be bizarre at first this
greeting is preferable to the grunt which many deem appropriate to be used as a telephone, or for that matter, general greeting.
