if i can be stereotypically american for a moment:

are other political debates like ours, where the candidates stick to their scripted answers rather than answer the actual questions, and the moderators are helpless to stop it lest they be condemned as biased?

is it political suicide for politicians in other countries to not be overtly christian?

is it political suicide for them to refer to their country as anything other than the greatest country in the world? do citizens of other countries actually believe that their country is the greatest country in the world? i mean it's probably because they aren't, because clearly america is the greatest country in the world, everyone (well everyone who counts) says it is, so you know, i can't blame foreigners too much for not thinking their countries are the greatest, best, countries that god ever put on the face of his earth because clearly they'd be wrong, but seriously, do other politicians have to do that like they do here?

is "socialist" a curse word in your campaigns like it is in ours? and if so, is it used to refer to actual socialists, or is it casually tossed around to blast anyone not-so-right-of-center like it is in ours?

do other democracies have something similar to electoral colleges, or is that a uniquely american thing?

i just don't know so much about y'alls people
