Okay, so I know there's a few vegans out there who like to cook (I'm looking at you, Cosmo), so I wanted your best Thanksgiving recipes. I'm going to be eating with two meat-eaters, one vegetarian, and one vegan. I'm looking for stuff that would be pleasing to everyone.
So far I have:
Appetizers:
Spinach-stuffed mushroom caps
Hummus & Veggies
Sides:
Potatoes
Roasted Veggies
Main dish:
Tofurkey
Dessert:
Pie
Mulled wine!
Any other ideas?

My sis does something very close to this this at Turkey time or X-mas,except at the end she drizzles wee bit of grand marnier over it:
Soy Tofu Creme Brulee
Serves: 6
Ingredients:
1 lb. silken tofu
4 tablespoon vanilla vegan soymilk
3/4 cup vegan sugar plus 2tablespoon sugar (reserved)
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoon cornstarch
dash Kosher salt or sea salt
Method:
1. Pre-heat oven to 375.
2. Press tofu until a little, not a lot, of water leaches out.
3. Put tofu and all other ingredients (except reserved vegan sugar) into a blender and blend until a smooth, creamy texture has been created. The texture should be that of a thin pudding.
4. Pour into custard cups or a pie tin and bake in a water bath until the tofu mixture browns a little and a knife inserted in the middle comes out clean.
5. Remove mixture from water bath spread reserved vegan sugar on top and place under a hot broiler until the vegan sugar melts and browns.
6. Allow vegan sugar topping to harden.
7. Serve immediately or cool in the fridge. Fresh berries are a nice addition.

Just a funny anecdote about vegans and Thanksgiving…My sister loves her cat’s,yes?...she does,she really does…her and her husband have been Vegan for about 4 years now and pretty adamant vegetarians before that…she won’t even handle tinned cat food anymore…but she’s got a big heart…the senior cat, Pablo Picasso,for years used to get the giblets bag from the bird as a kitty delicacy…2yrs ago when I pointed out that Pablo no longer get’s his special meal she made her husband go out and buy a piece of beef liver that he must then sashimi up for Pablo and clan…I can’t wait to see what’s on the feline menu this year…:D

We can't find Tofurkey anywhere. It's sold out. :(
I'm trying this new recipe for Swedish mulled wine (Glogg):
Swedish Mulled Wine
by admin
Ingredients
* 1 bottle of red table wine
* 50 ml - 100 ml (1/4 - 1/2 cup) vodka (optional)
* 5-20 cloves
* 1 rounded tsp. cardamom seeds
* 2 to 4 cinnamon sticks
* 1 or 2 pieces of ginger
* Zest of half a lemon
* 125 to 250 ml (1/2 to 1 cup) sugar
* 1 rounded tsp. vanilla sugar
Method
1. Crush the cinnamon and cardamom. Peel the lemon. Put all the spices and peel into a glass jar with the vodka.
2. Cover. Leave overnight. Strain the vodka, discard the spices.
3. Mix the spiced vodka with the wine and sugar.
4. Heat all the ingredients in a large saucepan until steaming hot. Do not boil! Stir and taste.
5. If not sweet enough, add more sugar. If too sweet, add more wine.

Speaking of which, how hard is it to find cardamom seeds and cinnamon sticks? I've never gone shopping for spices, so I don't know where to start....
