Anyone see all of these crazy flicks?
I have seen one ...and two if that was the one with Mark Walberg ...I don't remember if I saw three ...and I didn't see four ...but, I kind of want to see five ...but, I don't feel like renting three and four beforehand.
Does it matter? Is there even a plot? Isn't it pretty much the same thing ....Jigsaw is trying make a point ...fuck! I already forgot what the point was in one and two....is he still trying to get the same point across ...whatever it was.

I've seen 1 and 2. I dont think Mark Whalberg was in either of them..
They are just stupid date makeout movies pretty much. Me and my cousin thought the first one was really funny we rented it and watched it like 50 times.

I saw the first saw. I thought it was kind of entertaining, but I don't really like those kinds of movies too much. I like scary, but not gore for gore's sake. unless it's done in a funny way.

i have seen the first 2, and i enjoyed them. i mean, they werent the best put together flicks, but it had a good entertainment value i thought.
i just put 3 and 4 at the top of my netflix to help answer my urge to see some horror films. if those are any good, i'll consider this new one

the guy who has done the second and up is from my current film school. He wrote a script for some movie and then people turned it down saying it was too saw-ish (it had just released) and too gory. Then the Saw makers grabbed him and had him revamp it for the Saw series. Then somehow he signed a contract to like 4 or 5. Which at first I was like "why the fuck would you sign to do that many sequels?" then i realized thats some pretty good job security.
He is also directing some rock opera thing. its supposebly really really good. But for reference on how good I expect this to be. He shot the new Saw while waiting for the actors to record the tracks for the rock opera. Yeah.
I've never seen any of them.

WHOA! Like Jason vs. Freddy! It'd be all Jigsaw making crazy survival puzzles and MacGyver escaping with rubber bands and pinecones!

I've seen one and two...maybe three I don't remember
anyways they are alright but not as good as old school horror movie
I just don't think Freddie, Jason, and Pinhead can be topped...maybe Leprechaun, oh and the Gremlins were fucking awesome
The first one had a pretty good twist, then the rest of them tried to follow suit and pretty much fell flat on their face.
Towards the end of each one they do a montage with the same tune playing in the background 'explaining' the twist which you figured out about an hour prior.

Didn't jigsaw die at the end of 3? (Not a spoiler, he was dying in the first 2 as well)
If the hysterical woman is taking over I really don't want to see it, because she annoys the tits off me.

I saw Saw 1 and didnt see the twist coming, i am not normally scared easily by movies but i thought first one was pretty intense when i watched it on dvd. I had to have an hour with no tv or sound and just sat there as my head was complete cheese and i have never watched another one.

I gave up after the first one, because the plot was so damn obvious, a 12 year old could have written it.
"So, as I was saying we need to catch this killer, do you have any idea who it could be?"
"No, no idea at all. By the way, have you met my friend here who has terminal cancer and seems very insular? You haven't? Well he's right here. Yes, I know it has nothing to do with our conversation, but I just thought I should point out that he has terminal cancer and seems very insular. Now, back to your killer..."
:/
Well yeah, but the supposedly 'dead' guy on the floor thing was pretty clever.
