i once wandered into Amoeba a good long while ago and some friends of mine were there waiting to see them play an in-store. and then i was buying colored vinyl out of the dollar bins for an art project, not paying attention to the artists, and when i got home one of the albums was THE MOUNTAIN GOATS. it freaked me out. :(
