i was away this weekend and the little bit of smoking that was done made me start to think


out of all the people i know who like to toke up, no matter how often, none of them seem to roll up a nice joint. everyone seems to mash everything into some shitty pipe, which is way more work than is needed and not worth it, in my opinion.

1) Drug dealers with excessive shit that they don't have to pay for (actually, they roll blunts).

2) People who smoke shit weed.

If you're toking the good good, it's a waste of chronic to roll up a joint everytime. Why is a pipe, "not worth it." You're stoned, off far less weed.

The economy is tuff dog but from the sounds of it you aren't buying weed. Be thankful someone passed it your way.

God, it's been years since I've smoked but when I did I almost always used a double chambered ice bong. Not very practical if your going to be out and about but it was so nice for home use.

I can't remember the exact percentages but you only get like 12% of the THC out of the weed when you smoke a joint.

Maybe 40 % pipe
Kinda the same with a bong but youa r just getting much bigger hits

I think the percentages are just how much smoke you actually get. Like a twenny in a joint will give you less than a twenny in a bowl. Joints burn a lot on the lit end so its a waste. I don't see how the THC content per hit would be different.

Cones are good...but not when you mix tobacco with that shit. Crazy Europeans. Mayyyybe add some dirt weed with the good weed with that (thats a big maybe, why fuck with the flavor?), but not tobacco.

Bucket
Water
Blu Tac
Cone-Piece
Ping Pong Ball

Fill bucket 4/5 with water

Cut bottom inch and half or so off the Coke Bottle

Drill (just hack a hole in it with a knife, really) a hole in the bottle lid and attach the conepiece, using blu tac to form a seal

Push uncapped coke bottle into water until it touches the bottom of the bucket. The neck should still poke out a fair way (my measurements aren't accurate)

Pack the cone and screw the lid-piece onto the bottle.

Light and slowly pull the bottle up, 'smoking' the contents and filling the bottle with smoke.

Unscrew the lid, place mouth over bottle and submerge sorta slowish fast.

Best taken after getting up at 4pm to watch Pokemon and Dragonball Z in the year 2000. Makes a great noise.

I can't remember what the ping-pong ball is for.

Also, elevated shotguns. Crouch down, take 10 deep breaths, have someone start giving you a shotgun while kneeling, slowly stand up, and try to not fall over. Shit fuuuuuuuuccccckkkkkks you up.

A gravity bong is like a 500ml bottle you'd use for a bong, with a tiny hole pierced in the bottom front. You cover the hole with your thumb, fill it with water and screw on a packed lid piece like the bucket. Light it, then just remove your thumb and the little bottle fills up with smoke as the water pulls it through. Unscrew and inhale.

I think we only call those gravity bongs here because a homemade bong is usually made with a similar 500ml plastic bottle.

To each his own. That's what we call em in my parts. Ever tried an elevated shotgun? I did my first and last the first day I moved into my college house w/ a bunch of friends. We checked out the house and the attic looked pretty cool, so we decided to smoke up there. We started taking turns with the shotguns and after my hit, it felt like I was trying to walk on a record spinning (ie Mario Party). Shit fucks you up immediately and luckily my one roomie grabbed me cuz I was stumbling like crazy and almost took a header down a flight of stairs that most definitely wouldve put me in the hospital.

We had a switchback flight of stairs in an old flat I lived in. Our plumbing had leaked upstairs and soaked the carpet; my baked-out-of-his-mind flatmate slipped and fell down the first flight, hit the wall and tumbled down the next flight. It was pretty funny, he wasn't real hurt I don't think.

there were a couple of joints going around at the last party I went to, but usually bowls are more efficient. I've never rolled one, but I think it's much easier to go with the bowl. my bizl is carved out of stone I got it in the desert. cordell and I used to smoke out of a coke bottle outfitted with foil when we was down and out. so poisonous!

I am not really sure about this topic, but I tried to put myself into the mindset of someone who smokes 3-4 times a day and here is what I made up....

nothing beats that great opportunity to role up a fatty and have your fill.

However for the regular smoker, rolling up a fatty then walking into the office is a bad idea for smell alone, may as well hit it once and be done. Back to work, back home nobody knows, but the joint is not undercover. The joint is fishing .. out camping .. at the right concert type a deal ... even the golf course with the marshal, the pipe is the deal.

i did solely buckets and pipes for about 5 years and you end up just chasing the hit, joints is best, its a more gradual process of getting stoned, not as intense and thats what i enjoy now. anything else is too much messing about, thats not being lazy, its more efficient

there's too much faffing about with anything other than a spliff. Plus , and this is gonna sound weird, just using tobacco and papers feels, to me, like i am less of a "drug user", getting all sorts of tubes and pipes and ping pong balls and all sorts paraphanalia. people who spend shitloads on bongs and grinders and fuck knows what else are just wasting money.
