I would avoid credit institutions, banks, and oil

But consumer goods and pharm. are always wise investments. Infrastructure stuff like natural gas isn't a bad idea either.

Yes, Obama's new vision of fuels, environment, might make it a great time to invest in enviromental companies.

i started on this the day after election day.

im betting on the losers. i bought aig, sprint, ford and citibank. i made $700 in a day when i sold citibank (which probably was a dumb move) on monday. since eleciton day, my total gains have been about $1000 on $3000

i could end up being really dumb but i figure either ill lose my total investment or multiply it by 10-20.

i put in 3000. im prepared to lose it, but i think that the ones i bought cant possibly get cheaper, fingers crossed.

finance.google.com (http://finance.google.com) <- god's gift to dumbasses(y)

in another probably retard move, i saw that six flags is 23 cents a share. it may go bankrupt, but im gonna bet about $500 it wont. the regular price has always been between $2-10 (http://finance.google.com/finance?q=six), over the last few years.

disclaimer: im an idiot about money.

Man, you'd think Gordon Gekko (http://www.thoughtleader.co.za/wp-content/uploads/2008/03/wallstreet460.jpg) was posting in this thread.

Keep your eyes and ears out for new startups and IPO's for companies that deal with nano-technologies, biofuels, Facilities Management and private security/prisons etc.
