Attacking Cuba? That hasn't exactly been on the agenda since the days of the Kennedys. :p

McCain or Obama as President, neither of them is going to attack Cuba. The rhetoric will be bellicose towards them (as it has been with every US administration, Democratic or Republican), but won't go much beyond that.

Honestly, I can't see them having more than what's currently pumped here in America.

So hard to say how this would effect things if at all.
