I don't mind some of the Cool Kids music, but if they get Q-Tip to come on stage and do Get it Together I will vomit shit.

I've got friends that caught some amazing early 90s Tribe gigs in London and I'm basically jealous as fuck.

I need to hear more of Q's new stuff - it sounded a bit pop/R&B for my tastes but I've only heard it briefly in passing so far. Breathe and Stop took a while to grow on me and sometimes it's just a case of catching tracks in the right context.

I don't know what they're like live but I've quite enjoyed the Cool Kids so far. They're not amazing but they've got some alright beats and flows with a kind of tongue-in-cheek humour and laid-backness that sits fine with me. I find them quite refreshing in some ways.

Don't talk to me about gigs otherwise - I've been really skint this year and out of touch with what's going on but I'll get it together again
