I was going through YouTube a few nights ago and was looking at recent BBoys videos. And there was this video where they were in Brooklyn (I think?) and they were singing No Sleep Till Brooklyn, and early in the song they went acapella which was so awesome, and Mike D was like "C'mon guys, this is your anthem!!!" and it was just absolutely amazing.
Anybody have any idea what I'm talking about? or a link to the video since I can't seem to find it anywhere anymore.
Thanks.

it must have been pretty silly to see them sing No Sleep Till Brooklyn! I would pay money to hear anyone try and sing that song! ;)

To each their own EC
I loved for several reasons- one it was an appropriate ending to my favorite Beastie show, there was crazy energy in the crowd during it- was a nice caper and frankly how do they end with anything else? Last- it was the only time I've ever seen them not end with Sabotage- so that felt special and cool. My vote is for massively fun.

Speaking of Brooklyn. I enjoyed this performance (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OqH8L35fKRc) of that particular tune. MMM dropping "We Will Rock You" in the middle was quite surprising. I think he surprised the Beasties with that one!
Props to Raz for the recording!

dunno laurie, but MMM always runs it in to Strong Island by J.V.C. Force. He also dropped Strong Island at the end of So Watcha Want at the 2$ bill show.
Awesome old school track, I'd love to hear it used more. Check it out....http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=vYNuR28sqBU
