i've looking at recent photos of the beastie boys and I've noticed they are not wearing any new clothes.MCA wearing his burgundy champion hoodie and beat up beige gravis sneakers all the time.They have always come out with new fashion styles,maybe they have decided to rebel against maintaining an image.

Naw,

They look like the cast of some MTV show like The Hills, OC, or some other "reality" rich kid bullshit show.

I think the Beasties splashed some fashion around with the vintage clothes they wore during the recording of The Mix-Up and the Gala Event shows.

I know they have street teams out determining what's hot and what's going to be hot. I predict they'll be on the forefront of style with their new album.

Naw, they're just broke. I mean, I think they only sold 12 copies of "The Mix Up" so times are just hard right now for them.

yep, they plan on including a couple of "metalcore" tracks on this next record..hence Mike D being ever so skinny so he can fit into those tight jeans(girls jeans?). the bboys have been listening to a lot of Converge and swedish metal records and practicing guttoral vocals, just think Triphammer but 10times faster.
