I think this fellow is using the template of the "Temptations" (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YNn361umypM&feature=related) or the "Spinners" (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mip_5oIsLCk). Not bad, but still lacking hook, rhythm and the feeling of destiny of the originals.
