Here's a link to the interview with William Ayers. (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cu-x4yg_TIg)

I guess this is why the story never really got any good traction. There's not much else there. Guy from the neighborhood, sat on a board, had a coffee party...that's about it.

I'd really like to hear this guy go toe-to-toe with a Sean Hannity or someone like that about his past because I think it would really be entertaining.

But, but... Obama was palling around with a professor! That's gotta be even worse than a terrorist.

The idea that America should be frightened and worried and full of fear that barricade is falling down... and it should.

The politics of fear and attack did not get rewarded. Soon the politics of hate, racism and social injustice will follow. This is where John McCain and Sarah Palin really failed the American people. As Ayers himself puts it, the idea that Obama and him palled around together is a "Profoundly dishonest narrative". Which Ayers did not respond to, by his own decision. I'm pretty sure the republican hate machine would of loved to get him out on the National spotlight like Wright, yakking away to the spin doctors (somehow they're different than the mainstream filtered media) sounding and looking like a crazed maniac commie terrorist.

Ayers and Obama lived in the same neighborhood, cared about the same schools and poor children. Mind Blowing.
