Friend married boy A about 18 months

About 1 month ago, friend announced self as 'In relationship with boy B' on facebook. I was somewhat shocked (but had only seen the wedding video where they looked wildly happy which might have presented a rosy picture)

I haven't been in touch with her since I saw this update (busy, not snub as had never met boy A)

Friend emails me to ask whether I want to meet up with her and boy B when they come to Europe in Jan (they're American)

Do I acknowledge this 'boy b' situation now? How? What do I say?? (looks like you've been busy nudge nudge) Or shall I just ignore it completely and deal with it in person (awkwardarama)

Ask her about the amazing coincedence of Marrying someone called Boy A, and then falling for someone called Boy B. That's some crazy odds!

I followed your advice, in a kind of psuedo-posh Surrey kind of way but yeah, just said hey, kind of awkward but what's going on. And then invited her and boy B to stay at my house when they come to London.

here is what you do:
buy her a cake and while she is eating it, say something such as
mmmmm, this cake is good. I wish that I could eat it and it would never go away this cake. mmmmm.
