its like this pyramid scheme where you have 'work' for a sense of 'pride'
or some micro speck of 'self respect'

instead of just giving you money, they make you jump through all these hoops, its so embarrasing, (sp) and you feel like a tiger in some vegas act, and you can't attack your trainer.

I am 29, and I work in store at poppa johns.... I think I start thursday.
does this make me a loser? 9/10 say yes and one of them was me and I said yes, it does.
I blame it on the beastie boys.

from a documentary and from a book I both read and watched that there are training exercises and other routines to do like every other day and something about unions and shit like that. Tooo much shit is being directed towards wall mart that I cant even begin to type down. Mostly from cats that in the "bandwagon" or business owners or people in towns who are half deluded or some that do know whats up but the thing is Wall Mart has job for people for people of any legal age. The stuff I read was mostly about the employers giving a bad trouble and some policy that needs to be followed at all times and the policy can be nip picking from what I know.

Aside from that I never had a jurb.

I also just finished reading fast food nation, and here I go getting a job at a fast food type place.

Pappa John's sucks, you need to work for a place that sells beer. Then my friend, closing a restaurant can be good times.

I hear you, but I don't get fucked up at work anymore.
Getting home and opening a beer is a reward.
besides, if I need to do that, you can always stash beer in the cooler.
I don't even like smoking weed at work anymore,
although I used to smoke in the actual kitchen at poppa johns,
you just wait till the drivers leave, then throw a some pepperonis
into the oven as cover up smell, and blow the smoke into the oven vents.
no one notices.
there is also the smoking in the cooler approach,
open up some onion bins and exhale into the vents.
I was the master of getting high at work,
and the master of getting orders wrong and such.
there may have been a connection with those two things
