well, there was this guy called BIG GMC who worked at the wendy's drive through here in greensboro. He sang with a band, same type of deal, different mental disability. He had songs about storms and how they were scary, and about him wearing a red hat.
he is alot better than Bill, I have a tape of his greatest hits somewhere.
