I get a hour massage almost every week.

don't get me started on boyfriends and massages. whenever i try to introduce the whole massage thing and they try it's more of a tickle than a massage. i'm like HARDER, DAMMIT! if you're a first timer I'd say NO to deep tissue that may scare the be-jeepers out of you - I like just a good ol fashioned 1.5hr swedish style massage followed up by a body scrub treatment and then a facial omgomgomgomggom oh and if you go to a place like Burke Williams get there early and enjoy the various steam rooms sauna hot tub stuffs in the ladies locker room

oh man, i've been saying i should get myself one as well. i had a few sessions with a physical therapist type to help work out the kinds on my shoulder back in the spring, but he was too hard to schedule, so ive been looking for another place to go.


but man, i just ask people to take out their frustrations on my shoulders, and it feels great
