Kid Presentable

I was in JB a few weeks ago buying some DVDs for Christmas presents, and I came across Rog's DVD. I never got into Pink Floyd as a young un, so I need a giant novelty late pass, but I've tried. I downloaded a few albums over the last couple of years. My favourite is Wish you were here (in particular Have a Cigar), but I enjoy Animals quite a lot as well. The Wall is alright but I'm a bit Waters-ed out by the end of it. Also I nabbed Echoes to fill in the blanks.
Aaaaaanyway at 10 bucks this shit was a fucking steal. I have the Pulse Cds and they are absolute diarrhea compared to this flick. It's nice to hear Pink Floyd as Waters heard it, and he surrounds himself with only top-shelf musicians (including Snowy White whom I understand was a touring guitarist for Floyd from 76 - 81; am I right?). It's funny to see the drummer add an absurd amount of flourishes to the drum intro to 'Time', at what I can only imagine was the band-leader's behest.
Having never seen this tour nor the Dark Side one (Mikizee said it was some awesome ish), this is a decent substitute. We have a killer LCDizzle, and the sound mix on this DVD is absolutely incredible. Coupled with the fact that they don't hit a single bum note, it's all out good times. Welcome to the Machine and Set the Controls are given slower, more menacing arrangements in particular. The only drawback is sitting through some of his solo material I guess, but there's 2 and a half hours to enjoy in any case.
I'm sure most of you have it, anybody in the AU looking for a good buy, check it out.
