how do I kill them all?

I could get some mousetraps but it's freezing as fuck and I'm not going on those icy roads.

The only way to get them ALL is with poison. The downside to that is they will go hide somewhere to die and your place will smell pretty bad for awhile.

You will always have a mouse problem if you don't fix the places where they are coming in at. Your garage door probably has big gaps on both sides of it. I'm not a carpenter, so I can't tell you how to fix that. But I'm a professional pest consultant and I know about these types of problems.

The thing about mice, they are just curious little creatures. They are probably not nested in your garage, they are just looking for shelter.

EDIT: I just realized your in the UK. The mice we have here in the southern U.S. don't have tendencies to nest inside. Mice are different all over.

If you keep a car in there that isn't driven in the winter, put mouse traps all over the engine. They love wires for some reason.

I have a mouse in my basement and I'm scared! I don't know why though, I used to work at a pet store and I've seen them up close before.....I think I'm just afraid it'll get upstairs and bite my face/////
