Being single isn't that bad. I mean, it has moments, but since becoming single any sort of emotional pain inflicted by a member of the opposite sex has nothing on what I felt when I had a boyfriend.

I used to love the bar scene when it was going good.....this including dj'ing at multiple places, a healthy art scene, and cheap drinks

Now I live in a secluded college town and there's honestly only two bars I really enjoy and one of them is seasonal. Haven't been to a bar in half a year easily.

that "scene" sucks unless I'm with a group of my friends because we make our own fun. We also make sure to choose a place we KNOW has good music and strong drinks.

I'm more particular to trying out new recipes for dinners or baking, wine and movies now a days.

I have no idea when or why I became so domesticated.

i revel in the awkwardness. when i don't a fuck (which is most of the time) is when i have the most fun, out on the town. people out having 'fun', posting up beside the dance floor, wanting to let loose but scared of what everyone else might think, being too uptight and/or on the prowl makes me laugh, because it's too sad. people don't know how to have fun.
