I just noticed that I have a "shared library" with some dude. I might have have missed it the whole time I've had this computer (it's used), so it might be the guy who had it last's playlist? I hope? or did some bandit break in and upload his playlist? it's seems like the list of a middle aged businessman.
or is it a virus? AM I HACKED?!

So what's that mean? It's like your files are overboard on the Phil Collins and Bonnie Raitt? I don't do the itunes anymore, but when I did do it it was always my files, must be some old computer from an Insurance Company or something.

you or some one might of accidentally downloaded Colbert. Erase the playlist and wait. If it happens again at some time there could be a bug downloading stuff, though it is unlikely (something I never read about but a bug fits the info).
There is no hacker.

It's the person's who you're sharing an internet connection with.
Didin't you say you used your neighbors connection?

yeah, but the name on the library isn't my neighbor's name. :/

Yeah, dude. It's just someone around you who has file sharing turned on... so when your computer boots up iTunes, it's loading up those around you who have shared their playlists - meaning you can access it from your computer. I dunno if you can actually download them to your iPod or whatever though.
Chances are they could also access your playlist and listen to your tunes and watch your downloaded movies/TV shows. No biggie. No virus either and you haven't been hacked. That's all you wanted to really know though, right?

yeah, its just someone who is using the same network connection as you. you can listen to his shit, and he can do the same to yours. but you can't copy/download anything.
i wouldnt worry about it, unless you have an embarrassing collection...
