hubs back on : ) a ? though

hate to sound like a tool but now that the hub is back on, how do I put files on there? I don't just wanna get the goods without giving back. I'm in the process of downloading a show from jtcann as I type and I got some commercial boots I can put up for all to enjoy.

You go to File -> setup -> Downloads -> uploads -> add Folder. or something like that.
