Only think I can think of is - completing a really hard computer game. But I wouldn't say its better. But the glow of doing it lasts longer than a sex.

Well, it depends. If it's bad or average sex, then most things are going to be more fulfilling. If it's good/great sex, then I'd say nothing is comparable. Nothing for me has come close to it, anyway. I wish great sex happened more often.
