hellooo! i really wish i could send you msgs cause this is really long...sorry 'bout that btw. even though i was only 6 when freaks and geeks started airing, i can say that i've been a fan ever since i watched my first episode. i still watch some of the episodes on youtube! can't get enough of those old days of you and rogen, ya know?
but anyways i just wanted to tell you my feelings for you.. (:
first of all, spiderman is what got me hooked on you...omg<3 looooooooooove those movies, still watch em' man. actually i'll tell the truth...first i was hooked on tobey cause i didn't really know who you were at the time, then i started noticing how gosh damn cute and funny you were so i started checking out more of your movies and might i say, they are all my favorite now!! i haven't seen all of the movies you have been in, but don't worry..i will (: mos def.

I sent a letter plus a drawing to Shannyn and I never received anything back ...
I dunno about others in this board who has sent a fanmail and received anything return. Except places like imdb, nothing they (fans) had sent was heard of ever again. I sent my fanmail 5 years ago so that one thing there. I think somewhere in imdb I read that the addresses are scams or something. I forgot what the whole issue was but in result the celebs never get the fan mails and nothing gets sent back to the fans.

This is why conventions are the best places.

And if you dont get something dont worry about, they really dont owe us anything, since they give us entertainment and we give them support.

He barely did anything in Freaks and Geeks. What little he did was cool, however. I just discovered that show a month ago and SWEET BABY JESUS it's great. There's an excess of awkward moments but I have a feeling those were intended. I also noticed there's a long list of stars and cameos of the future on the show, which was cool. Seth Rogen's acting has improved dramatically since the beginning of the show. Man he was bad in the first 5-6 episodes.

Well I don't really like to watch movies on TV, I prefer to see them in theaters. I think I need to be more clear with my statement; James Franco barely does anything on the show in a sense that he has less screentime as everyone else and he has fewer storylines compared to the geeks, Nick, or Lindsey, maybe even Ken. However, what he does with that screentime is pretty significant, like you said. I wasn't bashing Franco there as much as commenting on his limited time on screen compared to the other characters.

since most amateur videos probably won't go past youtube, you could get a lot of good practice out of a camera under $150 like this one (http://www.amazon.com/Mustek-MPEG-4-Digital-Video-Camcorder/dp/B000A8QDW6/ref=tag_tdp_sv_edpp_i) and 'windows movie maker' (which comes with most pc's) or imovie (which i think comes with most macs.

i bet if you did some cool stuffs with that one, maybe your parents would get you something gnarlier for a bday or next xmas.
