Mostly I say something that sounds like a swear word. Frack, fock, shite, shitzneh, shitznite (rarely), focken, fack.

I swore at 5 cars today, fucking asshole couldn't make a u-turn and almost rammed my car. A thick ass brainless pig shit cop wasn't watching where he was speeding out of in reverse. A limp ass dickhead cut me off while he was turning left, an asshole ran a stop sign and almost rammed my car and I forget the last but I know the ass sucker deserved my well heated street hate.
