What are the start up and .dll errors?

Google has helped me out with windows errors, type em in and see what you get.

XP is still on the market ;)

Don't get Windows 7 beta....it eats mp3s

goalpost head? that's a new one....

have you tried system restore back to before you messed with the malwarebytes?

what did you run the program for? it could have found some corrupt file that you need for whatever your issues are and just deleted it without knowing.

try downloading a trial of this stuff (http://www.tune-up.com/products/tuneup-utilities/). and then (on 2008 at least) click "maintain windows" and then choose "tune up registry cleaner" and run that.

then after that, run both the drive defrag and registry defrags (i'd start with registry since the drive one can take a while).

i did that with my computer a while back and it cleared a load of shit off that i never knew existed. it might not be the answer to everything, but it should clear the garbage out at least.

I had a problem like this twice where I also had a spy ware.
I had something like Run32.DLL error something like that.

I get this problem everytime I turn on the pc and when I turn it off I get internet explorer running when I never even use it. Weird. I have a malware fucking it up. What I do is if I wanna cancel any pops that CAN NOT be closed, all I do is press: Ctrl+Alt+delete. You get this pop up where you end certain task incase something is not responding, you can end it from there. Like mac's force exit or force close...same shit.

To get rid of the problem. What I did is... I run the computer in safe mode and I have the internet cable disconnected and run Malwarebyte. I run it twice just to make sure if the problem spread during scanning. After that it should be clean from any crap.

if this doesnt help go here and search or you can ask.

I gotta check this one out!
I've got so much crap in my comp I can't even defrag it anymore, no matter how much I try to empty it.
I'd need to restart the whole shit, but I can't remember how it's done... :o

well jabumbos thing was the most successful. got rid of about 2 dll errors and now i can use my flash drive again. still cant run system restore though.

wouldnt let me run a drive defrag though. said it didn't need it.

you can run defrag anyway if you want, but its usually not a matter if it says you dont need it. it gives you the percentage, and they have some sort of reccomended limit

you might want to get it to run anyway being that whatever your issue is could be on those fragged parts.

Looks like that one jabumbo recommended is doing its stuff now!
I checked UniBlue's DriverScanner and RegistryBooster, but they weren't just as easy to use.
But I'm getting a whole lot of crap removed from my comp!
Gonna do the UniBlue's again after finishing this one.
Now it says I have 1970 registry errors or problems and 9 out of date -drivers... :o
