How come my computer will only connect to 14 seeds if over 400 are available?

I don't think that's it, it's pretty much brand new and really performs rather admirably. Anyway I always seem to have this problem with BitTorrent no matter what computer I use. How do I make it connect to more seeds? I've fiddled with every setting I can think of.

Sometimes clients will show you seeds that are actually unreachable by your computer.

For whatever reason - like country firewalls, if they don't have their ports correctly forwarded...there's a lot of reasons it could happen.

Your computer has a virus. Burn it so it won't spread.

I used BitTorrent for ages, but then changed for utorrent, and I thik it's been better and quicker
(I only for stuff occationally so can't really compare that well).
Now that I've been cleaning my computer noticed Bit took at least 10 times more space that mju so I removed it...
I don't know if my old half finished torrents are removed as well or not,
but they've been unfinished for so long I don't think I can find any seeds for them again...

I hear you on that one, man. I was looking for it the other day then I went to the website and saw that there apparently isn't a Mac version. Really now... what the fuck?

I switched from YABC to µ-Torrent. It's a good programm, but you should check for viruses as there are a lot of stupid kids upping diseased files.
