"The Beast" seems like a pretty big deal. Unfortunately it won't reflect too well on the whole alternative fuels/conservation thing, I'm guessing. A car that has a door that weighs as much as a jet's door... well, I can only guess what the entire curb weight would come out to be overall. Dang.

I didn't watch any of the inaugural stuff - I was too busy with catching up on 'Knight Rider' episodes and reruns of 'Tom & Jerry.' Oh, yeah, then I watched WALL-E.

"The Car" isn't a big deal to me, I think it should be bigger and heavier, if it were up to me he'd be riding around in a tank, not meaning just a bigger car, but an actual f-ing tank, yeah, come f--- with this... I want him to be able to shoot back too.

Now that Dubya' is out, I don't want anything bad happening to Obama. There are a lot of wackos out there who are NOT pleased that he's in the position he's in, and they wish him harm, I say protect him any way you can. Big-ass car, fine....

I only got to see a little before going off to work, but ya gotta feel for the guy, becoming President is a huge deal, I'd have pissed myself walking out the door and seeing all those people. Nervousness, I completely understand.. I think he handled it pretty well.
