This thing is such a piece of shit. Slips doing sit-ups in the doorway, to small to do effective tricep dips, and will not fit around my mouldings to do pull-ups. do not buy, and infact, if anyone wants mine, I will mail it to you. Did not even come with the hanging ab straps

I got it for like 19.99 at TSA. I wanted a pull up bar and push up bars (combined 30.00). The Kid figured 2 birds, 1 stone.

I agree it sucks for sit ups and dips but I still love mine! It gets the job done for pull ups chin ups etc...I have seen some good results.

I am amazed people actually buy that stuff. I figure any exercise equipment advertised on television, infomercials especially, is probably crap. Definitely for the Ab Rocket.

Iron gym is not an infomercial product....it's a fitness product that happens to advertise on TV. Do you think any car that has a commercial is crap too?

Nope - just exercise equipment. When it comes to exercise equipment, infomercial or not, if it's advertised on television then it's probably crap.

As for cars advertised on television... well, most of them are crap too. I don't see nearly enough Subaru ads lately.

yeah, the exercise equipement from infomercials do work, its just most people think theyre gonna get buff just buyin it and don't realize youve gotta actually use the shit for it to work

I bet. the mouldings on my doors are too big for it to line up properly. i bought a regular bar.
