anyone know much about using these things?

I am considering buying one in addition to a stability ball. I found some exercises via magazines that utilize those items but I'd prefer to find a free resource online :P I find some stuff by searching google but tons of them seem to have too many ads or lack photos.

any help is appreciated. Especially if you have recommendations on brands for either resistance bands or stability balls too!

I didn't even know how much they cost haha. I just really love to work out at home before going to work, in addition to the cardio during lunch or right after work. Saves me time and I feel more awake by the time I get ready for work.

have you used one much?

Not really, I prefer free weights, but I do use it once in a while by fixing it to a chinup bar and pulling downwards on it. You can control the resistance with how much slack you allow in the band itself

you should get a BOSU ball (http://images.google.ca/images?hl=en&rlz=1C1GGLS_enCA309CA310&q=bosu%20ball%20exercises&um=1&ie=UTF-8&sa=N&tab=wi)!

I think some even come with resistance bands that you attach to them, and use at the same time.

I lift free weights while standing on them too. This way you are working your core and legs while doing arm exercises too.

plus they take up less space than the stability balls.

The resistance bands I have at home came with handles on them. Im kinda thinking I would have preferred the ones that are more yoga inclined, that dont have any handless.

I also want a 10lb medicine ball! they are so handy!

oooh I've seen those, interesting! Working your core sounds awesome too but then I get the feeling I'm going to eat it if I do that.

I totally forgot about the medicine balls. Might have to put that on my list too :D

I want to give myself NO EXCUSES for not working out, even if being a bum at home. There are many exercises to do at home too. Hmph.
