So its basically speed you've taken. Go to A&E dude. Americans call it ER. But go to whatever your hospital equivalent is if your worried. Speed, from what little I know generally doesn't make you paranoid so if you are paranoid then yeah - doctor.

i found adderrall sucked and started taking my old dexidrine or ritalin (which is in adderral).... If you take a few you will get the super buzz but also heartburn. Just be careful. Personally I prefer some pain pills, but shit those are too addictive. I guess since I have had speed my whole life for my add, it doesnt really give me a buzz, but I do get shit done.

ok, first thing, taking 120 mg of adderall is mad stupid. you know that, but you should be told that again and again so that you dont DO IT AGAIN. even for a speed-high, you don't need more than 50mgs.

but you wont die*. the first thing to do is to drink some chamomile tea. you wont want to put anything in your stomach, but it would be really smart if you try to eat a bagel or some other bready substance and drink some tea. put shit in your stomach to absorb. if you have it handy, smoke some weed to give you some appetite and calm you down. you're probably thirsty as fuck. drink gatorade, as you dont want to lose too much salt from drinking and pissing it all off. adderall is a diuretic.

there's not much else to do. you're gonna crash hard. i suggest a ton of gatorade, tea, and sleep when you can manage it.

* just fyi in the future: if you have a heart condition, you're a dumbass, and you CAN die. and abusing adderall on a constant basis can give you said heart condition. adderall, ritalin, and all these other drugs are AMPHETAMINES. they speed your heart up a lot. even when you take it as medicine it is suggested that you keep close control of your vitals. so don't fuck around like that!

I was in the hospital for a couple days. They gave me this pain killer stuff, called zepherin, or soemthin like that anyway. Then They pumped me with sodium chloride and missed the vain and my hand swelled up like mickey mouse and my eyes bulged out of my head. The only good thing was the food. My whole family came in and now they think I'm suicidal because the doctors told them I ODed on adderall.
