yeah, probably, but instead I decided to stay in and work out. I was going to go for a run, but it's too icy out there still. so now I'm all squatted out and eating broccoli and grilled chicken with a slice of whole wheat flax bread with Smart Balance "buttery" spread.

got out of work, did a bunch of grad work. got some wendys. got stoned. might do some more grad work and play fifa 09, but probably just mostly playing fifa. than about 12ish im going to put some weed inside a blunt wrap. than i am going to smoke that to the face and watch the movie 'wanted'. low key for me.

it really was. lately I ve been cooking boneless chicken breasts with some lemon juice and salt and a little pepper. and it tastes awesome. I don't know why I never thought of lemon before. I'm going to put it on everything all the time.

^ Add some honey and garlics and a bit of olive oil to this mixture,let the chickens relax in this for like 30 minutes. Really good!
